What Is HYROX?
HYROX is a global fitness race that combines running with functional strength and endurance exercises. Every race follows the same format: eight 1-kilometre runs, each followed by a workout station. Because every event is standardized, athletes can track their progress and compare performances around the world.

BASE develops foundational strength, unilateral movement, and core stability.
ENGINE focuses on aerobic capacity and building the endurance needed to sustain longer efforts.
HYBRID combines strength and conditioning at higher intensities, helping members become more efficient under fatigue.
HYROX prepares athletes for the specific demands of race day, including sled pushes, sled pulls, rowing, wall balls, pacing strategies, and race execution.
