1. Create Your Account
Visit athlifeperformance.com or download the AthLife™ App to set up your profile.
Use a valid email address and phone number. This is how we confirm bookings, send updates, and track your training.
2. Choose How You Train
We offer flexible options based on your goals and level of commitment. Check out our membership section for more details.

3. Understand Our Class Formats
All sessions follow a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) circuit format except PERFORM, which is benchmark-based.

All classes are coach-led. Movements can be scaled.
4. Book a Class
All classes must be booked in advance. Walk-ins are not allowed.

Select your class and time

You’ll receive an email confirmation
Booking opens 7 days in advance.
Cancellations must be made at least 8 hours prior.
Late cancels or no-shows may result in credit deduction or forfeiture.
5. Before You Train
Arrive 10–15 minutes before class for check-in and briefing
Bring a refillable water bottle (filtered station available)
Proper workout outfit and shoes are a must
One bath towel and one face towel provided.
Lockers available on a first-come basis
Hot and cold showers. Dyson hair dryers and grooming essentials provided.
Post-class SMEG coffee available in-studio
If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, you will not be allowed to join. This is non-negotiable. No refunds or credits will be given.
6. Class Etiquette
Be coachable
Phones off the floor
Respect the coach, the space, and each other
Stay for the full session, including cooldown
Return all equipment properly
Competition is encouraged. Community is essential.
What happens on the floor stays on the floor.
7. A Note on Intensity & Safety
AthLife™ classes are intentionally intense.
They are designed to push limits, build resilience, and challenge performance.
Participation carries physical risk.
Get medical clearance before joining—especially if you have preexisting conditions or are returning from injury
Take breaks when needed. There is no shame in resting
Inform your coach if something doesn’t feel right—every movement can be scaled or adjusted
You train at your own risk. Safety starts with personal responsibility.
8. Missed a Class?
Cancel at least 8 hours before class to avoid losing your credit.
No refunds or make-up credits will be provided.
9. Photography & Videography Policy
Photos and videos are highly discouraged during class to protect the privacy of members.
You may only take photos or videos before or after class, and only in designated areas.
By attending any class or event, you consent to being photographed or recorded for use in AthLife™ marketing across platforms.
10. Terms, Waiver & Consent
By creating an account, booking a class, or entering the facility, you agree to the AthLife™ Terms of Service.
