Class Packs and Membership
How do I create an account? | Visit athlifeperformance.com or download the AthLife™ App. Sign up using a valid email and phone number—this is how we confirm your bookings and track your sessions. |
Is there a minimum age requirement? | Yes. AthLife™ is strictly for individuals 18 years old and above. |
Classes & Training
Do I need to book in advance? | Yes. All classes must be booked in advance via the app or website. Walk-ins are not allowed. |
What happens if I’m late? | If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, you won’t be allowed to join the class. |
How do I cancel or reschedule a class? | You must cancel at least 8 hours before class to avoid losing your credit. |
What class formats do you offer? |
All classes are HIIT-based, coach-led, and fully scalable to your level. |
Is there a class suited for beginners? | Yes. Start with BASE. Focus on movement quality and work capacity—ideal for new or returning athletes. |
Memberships & Payments
How do I cancel or change my membership? | Send a written request to hello@athlifeperformance.com 21 days before your plan auto-renews. |
Can I freeze my membership? | Only All Access Passes (Quarterly or Annual) may be frozen for up to 21 days.

Can I share my class pack or membership? | No. All memberships and packs are non-transferable. Only the registered user may book and attend classes. |
Do you offer refunds? | Refunds are not guaranteed and are approved case by case, based on valid documentation.

Studio & Facilities
Where can I park? | Paid parking is available at A.T. Yuchengco Centre and surrounding buildings including One Bonifacio. |
What should I bring to class? |

Are showers and lockers available? | Yes. Lockers are available on a first-come basis. Hot and cold showers and Dyson dryers are free for all members. |

Studio Policies
What is the photography and videography policy? | Photos and videos are not allowed during class to protect member privacy. |
What if AthLife™ cancels a class? | If we cancel due to weather, safety, or unforeseen events, your credit will be returned automatically, and you may rebook. |
What if I have an injury or condition? | Please consult a doctor before joining. Let your coach know in advance—every movement can be scaled.
