The AthLife™ Race Prep Training Camp is a structured 10-week hybrid race training program in BGC for athletes preparing for SIP Plus Games, BENCH Active Hybrid Games, HYROX Singapore, HYROX Malaysia, or their next hybrid fitness competition. Starting September 1, 2026, the program combines unlimited AthLife™ classes, open gym access, race-specific programming, coaching, nutrition guidance, and race strategy for ₱27,500, with a new weekly payment option of ₱2,750.
Signing up for a race gives you a date on the calendar. Preparing properly for that date requires considerably more thought.
Hybrid racing places competing demands on the body. Athletes need enough aerobic capacity to run efficiently, enough strength to handle loaded stations, enough muscular endurance to continue producing force under fatigue, and enough technical proficiency to move through stations without wasting time or energy. The closer race day gets, the more important pacing, transitions, nutrition, recovery, and race strategy become.
The AthLife™ Race Prep Training Camp was created to bring those elements into one structured 10-week preparation period.
What Is the AthLife™ Race Prep Training Camp?
The AthLife™ Race Prep Training Camp is a 10-week training program beginning September 1, 2026, at AthLife™ Performance in Bonifacio Global City. It is designed for athletes preparing for the major hybrid fitness races taking place across the Philippines and Southeast Asia during the final months of 2026.
The timing gives athletes a structured training block leading into several major race weekends. SIP Plus Games takes place on October 24 and 25, 2026, at The Filinvest Tent in Alabang. BENCH Active Hybrid Games Leg 3 follows on November 7 and 8 at SPACE at One Ayala in Makati. AIA HYROX Singapore runs from November 26 to 29, while the inaugural AirAsia HYROX Kuala Lumpur takes place from December 10 to 13 at MITEC in Kuala Lumpur.
Athletes do not need to be preparing for every race. The camp provides a structured foundation that can be applied to the specific competition each athlete is targeting.
Why Does Hybrid Race Preparation Need Structure?
General fitness can make you fitter, but race preparation requires greater specificity.
HYROX, for example, combines eight 1-kilometre runs with eight functional workout stations. An athlete may be a strong runner and still lose considerable time once fatigue affects sled work or wall balls. A strong functional fitness athlete may perform well at individual stations but struggle to maintain running pace between them.
The same principle applies across hybrid competitions. Performance depends on how well different physical qualities work together under race conditions.
This is why the AthLife™ Race Prep Training Camp approaches preparation as a complete system. Athletes develop strength, aerobic capacity, muscular endurance and movement efficiency while learning how to manage pacing, transitions, recovery and race execution. Training progressively becomes more specific as athletes move closer to competition.
What Is Included in the 10-Week Training Camp?
The ₱27,500 Race Prep Training Camp includes unlimited AthLife™ classes throughout the 10-week validity period, giving athletes access to the broader training system rather than restricting preparation to a single weekly race session.
Athletes can use BASE sessions to develop foundational strength, ENGINE to build aerobic capacity, and HYBRID to improve their ability to produce consistent work as fatigue accumulates. HYROX and race-specific programming then allow athletes to apply those qualities to the demands they are likely to encounter in competition.
Open gym access provides additional flexibility for athletes who need individual training outside scheduled classes. Race-specific programming gives the 10 weeks direction, while coaching helps athletes understand how their current strengths and weaknesses should influence preparation.
Nutrition guidance and race strategy are included because physical preparation represents only part of race performance. Athletes also need to understand how to fuel training, approach race week, manage effort across the competition, and avoid spending energy unnecessarily early in the race.
Which 2026 Races Can You Prepare For?
The training camp has been deliberately scheduled around four significant hybrid race weekends during the final months of 2026.
SIP Plus Games: October 24 to 25, 2026
The SIP Plus Games Duo Edition takes place at The Filinvest Tent in Alabang and combines running with functional fitness challenges designed to test strength, endurance, speed and grit.
BENCH Active Hybrid Games Leg 3: November 7 to 8, 2026
The next BENCH Active Hybrid Games will take place at SPACE at One Ayala in Makati. The competition brings running and functional fitness together in a hybrid race environment.
AIA HYROX Singapore: November 26 to 29, 2026
HYROX Singapore returns for four days of racing, with athletes competing across Open, Pro, Doubles and Relay divisions. The standardized HYROX format requires athletes to complete eight 1-kilometre runs and eight functional workout stations.
AirAsia HYROX Kuala Lumpur: December 10 to 13, 2026
Malaysia hosts its first HYROX event at MITEC in Kuala Lumpur. The four-day race weekend provides another major Southeast Asian target for athletes extending their competition season beyond Singapore.
The September 1 start date therefore gives athletes a clear training runway into the regional hybrid racing calendar rather than preparing independently from race to race.
Who Should Join the Race Prep Training Camp?
The camp is suitable for athletes preparing for their first hybrid fitness competition as well as experienced competitors looking for greater structure in their preparation.
A first-time athlete may need help understanding pacing, movement standards and how to balance running with strength work. A more experienced competitor may need to identify where time is being lost, improve station efficiency, develop a stronger aerobic base, or approach race preparation with greater precision.
Both athletes benefit from the same underlying principle: preparation should respond to the demands of the race and the needs of the individual.
As an Official HYROX Training Club in Manila, AthLife™ provides an environment where athletes can train the strength, endurance and race-specific skills required for hybrid competition with coaches who understand the demands of the sport.
Why Train for Your Race at AthLife™ in BGC?
AthLife™ is located at Level 19, A.T. Yuchengco Center, 26th Street, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, making the Race Prep Training Camp accessible to athletes living and working across BGC and Metro Manila.
The value of a structured training camp comes from having the different parts of preparation working together. Running volume, strength training, conditioning, race-specific work and recovery all create stress. Adding more training without understanding how those elements interact can leave an athlete tired without making them meaningfully better prepared.
The AthLife™ Race Prep Training Camp gives those ten weeks a defined purpose. Coaches can observe progress, programming can become increasingly specific, and athletes can arrive at race week knowing that their preparation has followed a deliberate progression.
How Much Does the AthLife™ Race Prep Training Camp Cost?
The full 10-week AthLife™ Race Prep Training Camp is ₱27,500.
