Everything you need to know before your first session.
1. Do I need an account before joining a class at AthLife™
Yes. All guests and first timers must create an account on the AthLife™ app before attending any session.
2. Do I need to verify my email before booking
Yes. You must verify your email with the 6-digit code before purchasing Class Packs, Memberships, or reserving a spot in any class.
3. How do I book my first class
Download the AthLife™ app, create your account, verify your email, purchase a Class Pack, then book your preferred class time.
4. Can I join a class if I’m dropping in with a friend
Yes. You still need to create an account and verify your email. Your friend may bring you along after informing the front desk, send you a guest pass, or you can purchase a Class Pack.
5. What time should I arrive for my first class
Arrive at least fifteen minutes before your session so the team can orient you and confirm your booking.
6. What should I wear to my first session
Wear comfortable training apparel and shoes. Bring a change of clothes if you prefer. Towels and water are provided.
7. What kind of workout should I expect
All AthLife™ classes follow structured HIIT style training focused on strength, conditioning, and performance. Every session is scalable for all levels.
8. Do I need prior training experience
No. Sessions are beginner friendly. Coaches offer regressions, progressions, and technique guidance throughout the class.
9. What if I have an injury or medical concern
Inform the coach before class begins so they can offer movement alternatives. For serious conditions, consult your healthcare provider first.
10. What if I’m late for class
Members who arrive more than five minutes after class starts will not be allowed to join for safety and training flow.
11. How long is each class
Sessions run for approximately sixty minutes including dynamic warm up, neural priming, the main workout, and recovery.
12. How do I know which class format to choose
BASE is foundational strength. ENGINE is conditioning. HYBRID blends both. PERFORM is testing day. If you’re unsure, start with BASE or HYBRID.
13. Do I need to bring my own towel or water
No. AthLife™ provides towels and water for every session.
14. Is there parking at A.T. Yuchengco Centre
Yes. Parking is available. Standard building rates apply.
15. Can I shower after class
Yes. Hot and cold showers are available in the studio with full amenities.
16. Do you offer one on one coaching
Yes. Private sessions with our Performance Coaches can be arranged at the front desk.
17. What if the class is fully booked
Join the waitlist. The app will notify you automatically if a slot opens.
18. Can beginners join even if they haven’t trained in a long time
Absolutely. Every workout is coached, structured, and scalable.
19. Can I join if I’m pregnant or postpartum
Yes. Inform the coach so movements can be modified. Clearance from your doctor is recommended.
20. Can I just walk in without booking
Walk ins are not recommended. All participants must have a confirmed booking on the app.
21. Do you offer corporate classes
Yes. Sessions with our Performance Coaches can be arranged at the front desk.
