MANILA, PHILIPPINES – March 8, 2025 – AthLife™ Performance, a brand redefining the way people train, move, and recover, has officially launched in the Philippines. The brand, originally founded in Singapore, has chosen Manila as its first international expansion, recognizing the city's thriving fitness culture and strong demand for holistic, performance-driven training.
The launch event, held at A.T Yuchengco BGC, Taguig, Manila brought together 50 esteemed guests, including industry leaders, elite athletes, top-tier coaches, and influential personalities. Attendees got an exclusive first look at the space where AthLife™ will soon open its doors and learned about the brand’s vision directly from Chief Executive Nev Nair.
“We built AthLife™ as more than just a gym—it’s a movement, a place where performance meets community,” said Mr. Nair. “Starting in Singapore, we saw the impact of a results-driven, science-backed approach to training. When it came time to expand, the Philippines stood out. The passion for fitness here is unmatched, and we knew this was the right place to grow.”
Unlike traditional gyms, AthLife™ is designed as a ‘third space’—a place beyond home and work where individuals can train, recharge, and connect. Every element of the studio has been intentionally crafted to support both physical and mental well-being, from its performance-focused training zones to thoughtfully designed recovery areas that promote movement longevity.
Slated to open later this year, AthLife™ Manila will offer cutting-edge training methodologies, expert coaching, and a community-first approach to fitness. Whether you're an athlete, a fitness enthusiast, or someone looking to move and perform better, AthLife™ is built to empower individuals to push past limits, redefine their potential, and sustain high performance for life.
The launch marks an exciting new chapter for AthLife™ as it brings its unique approach to fitness to Manila, setting the stage for an entirely new way to train, recover, and grow.
